We believe in taking the best care of Mother Nature and working together with soil, plants, insects and weather in a partnership respecting the environment. We planted our Ampelos Vineyard in 2001 and farmed it for almost 25 years following these principles. Back in the 2000’s we decided to convert our vineyard to sustainable, organic and biodynamic farming and from 2009 we became the first vineyard in the US to be certified in all 3 practices..
We primarily source grapes from Sta. Rita Hills in Santa Barbara wine country, California. Come taste our wines at our tasting room located in the Lompoc Wine Ghetto.
